Without the considerable work of collecting, structuring, reconciling and aggregating data from the scientific literature and regulatory assessments in an interoperable database, few comprehensive fundamental research at the systemic or individual level is yet possible with regard to the assessment of health products, their discovery or their industrial development.
First, we believe that the existence of shared standards between public research and private development of health products would help foster a dynamic health ecosystem that lacks tools for the proper study of decision in health.
Furthermore, we consider that the collaborative aspect of DrugTracker only makes it better.
Education access
Our database can provide examples, up-to-date and comprehensive analyses of pharmaceutical data or identify trends relevant to academic teaching.
We believe that by opening DrugTracker to students, they could capture knowledge more easily and meaningfully.
